Sea and air shipping from our Guangzhou warehouse to your door in Singapore.

Sea shipping
- 📦 Charged by volume (CBM), not weight. From S$2.00 per 0.01 CBM (see the full rate table in our sea freight guide). CBM = Length × Width × Height (in metres) of the parcel packaging, not the item inside.
- ✅ Low minimum: place a sea shipping order once your parcels total 0.1 CBM. Unlike other forwarders, we don't require 1 CBM.
- 🚚 Delivery timeline: shipped from our Guangzhou warehouse, typically arriving in Singapore within 13–15 days.
- 💰 GST: all sea parcels are subject to 9% GST on the value you declare in the User Center. Total cost = shipping fee + 9% GST. We collect the GST and pay it to Singapore Customs during clearance. You're responsible for declaring the correct value.
📌 Example 1: Mr Tan's 75 × 56 × 42 cm carton (below 0.41 CBM)
0.1764 CBM, billed as 0.18 CBM × S$2.00 per 0.01 CBM = shipping fee S$36 · Declared value S$100 → GST (9%) S$9 → Total S$45 + S$25 home delivery (or free self-collection)
📌 Example 2: Ms Lim's 80 × 70 × 80 cm carton (0.41 CBM and above)
0.448 CBM, billed as 0.45 CBM (0.41–0.50 CBM band) = shipping fee S$83 · Declared value S$100 → GST (9%) S$9 → Total S$92, with free home delivery in Singapore

Air shipping
- Delivery time: normal air parcels typically arrive in Singapore 4–6 days after you request shipment; sensitive goods take about 14 days.
- Rates: change frequently — WhatsApp us for the latest air rates.
- Normal vs sensitive: different rates. Please submit separate shipping orders.
- Chargeable weight: actual or dimensional weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000). If dimensional weight exceeds actual weight by less than 10 kg, the excess is waived and you pay the actual weight; if it's more than 10 kg higher, we charge the average of the two.
- Odd-sized parcels: an S$60 surcharge applies to parcels over 35 kg or longer than 1.5 m. This fee is charged by the airline, not by Cargo2SG. These parcels must go via the sensitive goods channel.
- No first-kg surcharge: the first kilogram is charged the same as additional weight.
- Local delivery: S$4 flat fee, waived for parcels over 15 kg.
