Singapore collection points (self-collection)	3 days from arrival in Singapore	S$12/day per CBM

✅ Guangzhou warehouse

• Free storage for 30 days from the day your parcel arrives, so you have plenty of time to finish shopping and consolidate your parcels.
• After 30 days, storage fees apply as shown in the table above.

✅ Singapore collection points

• If you choose self-collection, your parcels are kept free for 3 days after they arrive in Singapore.
• After 3 days: S$12 per day per CBM.
• Please plan to collect your parcels promptly.

⚠️ Abandoned / Unclaimed Parcels

• Items left 2+ weeks beyond the free period in any warehouse will be marked as abandoned
• Cargo2SG will notify customers to claim items
• Storage fees may be waived if claimed (we are very forgiving in case customers are forgetful)
• Unclaimed for 2+ months: item will be disposed of

🏢 Corporate Clients and Peak Seasons

• Single shipping orders ≥ 10 CBM are treated as corporate shipping:
  → Discounted shipping
  → Priority processing
• During peak seasons (618, Double 11, Double 12, pre-CNY), free storage in Guangzhou is limited to 7 days due to warehouse space.
• Very large shipments (e.g. > 25 CBM): free storage is also limited to 7 days.
